I a have the opportunity to get on a lease in San Augustine so I am looking for someone to take my spot on my Nacogdoches county lease. One permanent spot and a second spot I had set up that nobody else has hunted. Feeders have been set up for seven years. Both feeders just had corn put in them and I will leave them in place at least until they are empty. If you are a bow hunter both spots are ready to go. If strictly a gun hunter you will have to set a stand. Couple of foodplot spots can be planted. It is $500 for the spot and for another $75 you have access to a small cabin with water and electricity. If interested you can message me, email me at russleggett@att.net, or call me at 936-615-9620.

The lease is 300 hundred total acres with other members. It is a club if that is what you call a lease with year round access and everyone has their own spot. If anyone that wants full details would email me I can send more info.
