My hunting group is looking for an annual deer lease within 6 hours of Cypress Texas.
We are comprised of Family (several Veterans), and longtime family friends. We have all hunted together for over 30 years.
Group can be 4 to 6 hunters depending on what the property can accommodate.
We are looking for 400 to 600 acres @ 1500 to 2500 per gun depending on the property.
The entire group are long time hunters that know how to take care of the animals and property.
We will provide blinds, feeders, feed, and make any needed or required repairs to the property.
If the property does not have lodging would consider building a hunting cabin, again depending on the arrangement with land owner.
