Mr Rice violated the SCI bylaws by showing a pattern of being misleading and deceitful in relation to the offering of sheep hunts when he knew permits were not available along with importation of mule deer trophies. Mr. Rice had the opportunity for a hearing but failed to do so. You can't fix stupid
