Hello hunters and outfitters, I am looking to see if there are any outfitters that are looking for a guide to employ full time. I recently lost my job in the oil and gas industry and figured it was time to do something that I am passionate about. I do have experience guiding and caping animals out. Any leads would be helpful and greatly appreciated.

Welcome back to the industry. Just got back in last year myself. Not to discourage you at all but it can be very daunting unless you have lots of experience and references if you hope to work with a top outfitt. If you do it's just a matter of networking . If not I encourage you to keep plugging . Also you have to be willing to do all kinds of grunt work at first before ever being turned loose with a client. Good guides are hard to find and it's a lifestyle more than a job . With that being said give me a pm with your contact info i maybe able to help.
