Trying to see if anyone has a steel stair case that they would want to sale. Tower is 12' but i can shorten or lengthen anything available. Just trying to make it easier.

Not for sale, but industrial salvage can often be a good source. These came out of a corn processing plant, then added some length. Could have just as easily welded up some from scratch.

http://westexhuntingsupply.com/ built stairs for a 14' tower for me for $300 something built out of C Purlin. I had a quote for steel stairs over $900. The downside is the steps are solid instead of expanded metal. So when it rains then freezes it's kinda slippery! So I just bought some stick on treads from Harbor Freight that I hope will alleviate that issue. It's worth looking into.

Thanks for the info.
Lefty- i have seen those on craigslist. they look well built just worried that there isnt enough step for my daughter (which is the reason im installing stairs).
Rembrant- thats exactly what i want, i will call around to salvage areas.
Mathp- price is right but like you pinted out i would want expanded metal for grip.

Just spray the steps with rattle can bedliner like I did and they won't be slick any more.
