Well fellow hunters it's finally here. If you are struggling with wasted feed and destroyed feeders from raccoons, squirrels, birds, hogs, and all the other varmints who steal your feed and waste your money your answer is here. These feeders are made of 18ga. galvanized metal with bends to strengthen key areas. The structural components are made of 1/8" powder coated metal. The manufacturer claims these feeders could be bear proof due their design.

"CHOW DOWN GAME FEEDERS"

The Ultimate in Game Feeders!
The Chow Down Game Feeder could be the last feeder purchase you make. This feeder incorporates improvements suggested by numerous hunters across many states. The new design of this feeder allows hunters to arrive at their hunting site with considerable confidence that their game had been properly fed while they were away. The Chow Down Game Feeder has been field tested, and the results are astoundingly positive. Raccoons, goats, squirrels, sheep, and even livestock have tried to destroy this feeder without success. In fact, there are actual pictures below of these animals trying to access the feed but forced to leave in frustration.

The precision of this feeder is second to none. You can plan your yearly feed budget because of the precise amount of corn delivered and have the confidence knowing no animal will access and possibly damage the key components of the feeder.

Advantages of the CHOW DOWN GAME FEEDER:

•REDUCES POTENTIAL OF FALLING
Since the top of the feeder is only 60” from the ground and it will broadcast corn approximately 50-60’, no need exists for ladders, augers, and lifting devices to load feed therefore eliminating the chance of hunters falling from an elevated platform.
•TOTAL VARMINT PROTECTION
Total protection against raccoons, squirrels, birds, hogs, rats, goats, sheep, and livestock
•LOW PROFILE
Low profile reduces wind issues such as a gust turning spinner or tipping the feeder over.
•PRECISE CONSTRUCTION
Because the feeder comes preset to allow an average of 1 lb. corn per 5 seconds of spin time, feed distribution can be easily determined which minimizes wasted feed.
•CONCEALED WIRING
All wiring is concealed which not only removes vibration issues and the chance of connections working loose but also eliminates external damage from animals.
•SHIPPING
Chow Down Game Feeders can be shipped to your door step with an instructional CD as well as written instructions for assembly. Included with the feeder package is a magnetic 7/16” hex socket to aid in constructing the feeder.

What is the throwing Diameter? How does it handle high wind?

We have field tested 4 of these feeders in Sonora Texas for 11 months and haven't had any issues with wind. Their low profile prevents the possibility of flipping over and if you would want to guarantee it not flipping we also offer a Flip Proof Base which will completely prevent the feeder from flipping whether it is wind or animals. Regarding wind issues spinning a typical feeder spinner plate, our double deflector plate design eliminates this problem completely.

The Chow Down Game Feeder will broadcast corn 50-60 feet from center of feeder. This also has been field tested for confirmation.

Looks good. What are they selling for? We have a three year old feeder on its last leg.

Capacity on this model is 400 lbs. We have "The Timer" as the digital timer. The battery and timer are accessible through a sliding door on the control box (two 1/4" thumb screws). Thanks for the inquiry.
