Hats off to Everlast located in Hallettsville, TX. Let me explain. We are changing our timers out when the old one crater, going to "THE TIMER" from Everlast. I had been very inpressed with their product until lately. On 12/2 we had a failure - The feeder is programed to throw at 6:40am. Well it did just that however it failed to stop after the 5 seconds it was programed. Two days prior, we filled the feeder so it had 290#~. Have a look at the game camera pics as it tells the story.

The timer has a 5 year warranty and they stand behing them without question. This timer was in it's second season - about 1 1/2 years old. I called the number on the back of the timer and spoke to Bradley. I explained what happened. I sent the failed timer to him however, he didn't receive it but checking the tracking number, it shows delivery. Bradley agreed. He put a timer in the mail without having my old one in his hand. No reciept either.

I have received the replacment timer and an additional timer to make up for the failure/ trip to town/ refill the feeder and trouble. I did have a spare timer at camp so it was back up working pretty quick.

BTW - Failure on Tuesday - ALL corn gone that Saturday and only 1 hog picture. The deer ate well....

While I use and sell mostly HCR. Everlast is a very good product,(box and Motor) the motor is a 1/4" shaft and "The Timer" is top of the line. It's always good to know that a company not only makes good products but helps take care of their customers when there is a problem. Way to go Everlast...
