I recently got a pair of the 10x42 Predator binos to replace my pair of Steiners that got stolen.
I love the optics. The image is great even in low light.
Here's my biggest problem with them. The neck strap has their ClicLoc system of attachment and it quite frankly sucks. I clip the little fastener in and set off at a walk and next thing I know I'm trying to catch them before they hit the ground after the clicloc failed. It even fails when sitting sitting in my stand if I move and the binos put any strain on the strap. I've emailed them with my issue and I'm awaiting a reply.
I really just don't expect something like this from a $400 piece of equipment.

Good to know. If they don't email tomorrow, I'll give them a call.

Had a pair of the old Big Horn model. Glass was scratched from use. Sent it back to them and they refurbed it and polished for the cost of shipping. Bet they take care of it

Mines been fine. I took them off the factory neck strap and used the rings that come with the bino systems to use the chest straps. Work very well.

I called them today. They're sending me a new strap. We'll see if that fixes the problem

I threw the strap away right after I opened the box.

Thought I would update this. Finally hooked up the new cliclocs they sent me and they seem much more solid. I'll give them a go tomorrow but I think the problem is fixed.
