Can someone suggest a hunting ruck that holds a rifle while you walk/hike?

There is no hunting like the hunting of man, and those who have hunted armed men long enough and liked it, never care for anything else thereafter.

Elberstock and kifauri
https://store.kifaru.net/mobile/mountain-rambler-2800ci45liters-bag-only-p181.aspx

If you hunting out west and have a bigger budget id go with the kifaru pack and frame. A lot more comfortable.

But with out question the elberstock is a work horse prove pack

Big Fitz, if stickman decides he's not interested, I might be.

I'm using a stripped down Marine ILBE and I replaced the hip-belt with one from Hill People Gear. I've packed 100 lbs into it around the neighborhood and the new belt is a huge improvement. I hope to put it to the test around Thanksgiving at Lake Meredith.
