Back when I used to shoot 300blk, H110 was the go to powder and i shot alot of 110 vmaxs. Didnt shoot any special primers, bullets, or brass. Just whatever was cheapest. Didnt shoot many subs because while they were quiet they had a trajectory about like a 12yr old girl throwing a full size football.
You could probably find some good info in 300blktalk.com if its still an active community. Seems like the 300blk excitement has diminished quite a bit but still good info out there.

Second on the 300blktalk.com site if you dig around there is a lot of info there to consider. That is where I got started with my subsonic load data, it has been a lot of fun creating loads that are very very quiet!!

Shooting super's, I use 17.8g of H110, 120g NBT's,CCI small rifle primers and brass made from spent 223 brass. I haven't loaded any subs yet, but have some Speer 200g Hot Cor and some I4227 to try soon. Just be aware that the 120 Barnes may not expand well, as they like to be pushed fast and the Blackout isn't a fast round. Barnes does make a 110g with a Black tip that's designed for the Blackout.

For a sub plinking load MBC 245's over 2400 is what I use, for supers H110 or 4227 (125 and heavier) over your chosen bullet.
