H110 for supers. There are loads for Trail boss for subs but I have no experience with them.
The secret to a long life is to try not to shorten it.

You can not use Trail Boss for 300 blk out subs with the heavy bullets. And it will not cycle an AR with Trail Boss. It's a great sub powder for big cases like 308, but not for the little blk out.

Chad, I am running pistol length gas with suppressor. H110 for super what are your thoughts on subs. I know you have tested all this in great detail

Keep in mind, if Chad gives away the cow, he can't sell any milk.

H110 is one of the top powders for the supers in blk out. I do use it on some loads, but not all of them. For subs, if you look at the online Hodgdon data, there are some good loads and information on what powders to use. If you follow those, it will work fine for you. Like dredd said, I won't release my load data, but it's basically right there on the Hodgdon site. I do use other powders than Hodgdon for subs that meter better or provide a slightly different burn rate than whats listed, but those will work fine for you.

You can try Lil Gun or H4198. Bump load North of 1100 fps for SBR as the shorter barrel won't provide the velocity a 16" will. Make small batches and find your happy place with respects to Sub Fps and accuracy. Don't reduce powder loads on 200+ grn bullets or you could find yourself with one stuck in the barrel. Or so they say.
Good luck

VV-N110 is an excellent BO powder as well. Although some guns won't cycle it with subs. I am right around 8.8 with a 240SMK, YMMV. For supers H110, N110, H4227 are my favorites.

When powder got sketchy after SandyHook all I could find was w296 and man didn't buy a lot of it. Also the 300 uses so little powder it will last forever.
