I ran out of Target 130 VLD's for my 6.5 and I cannot find the bulk for Target 130 VLD's and there are some bulk 500 count Hunt 130 VLD's as of now online, does both of those VLD's have the same ballistics / POI?

If the bc is the same then most likely yes. A lot of the time on Berger jacket thickness is the only difference between vld types of the same caliber with the same weight. That being said I would still double check.

I'm 99% sure they are...I had the same issue with the 140's and they both have the same B.C.

Will the Hybrids be easier to find the accuracy node since the VLD is sensitive to seating depths?

Typically yes the hybrid is easier to load for and has better bc most times.

I have ran 7mm 168 gr VLDs out to 800 yards, and they flew exactly the same.
