Black Hills is now using Ruag brass in addition to Win brass in their 308 and 300 Win Mag rounds.

Carl the customer service contact mentioned to me that they are using about 1 grain less of powder in 308 with the Ruag brass and seeing very good results with the Ruag brass.

So, if you fire a batch of new factory ammo, make sure to reduce the load and work back up to check for velocity and pressure.

Ruag owns Norma, Hinterberger, RWS, and I am not sure what else. Their brass is high grade. It sounds like the Raug is closer to the mil stuff like LC for case capacity.
