I finally got everything together and got a few rounds reloaded and was very satisfied with the results (I wish it had taken pics). Now the issue I have is the table in currently using just isn't strong enough to use for reloading for very long. I'm thinking about building a table and was wondering if I could get some ideas from the professionals and maybe a couple pics also

What material? Wood, steel, concrete... Portable or permanent?

I figured I'd use wood and it would be permanent

Dude, I totally have the bench for you... http://www.familyhandyman.com/workshop/w...-bench/view-allI built this thing and it turned out ALOT better than I imagined. it was much heavier and sturdier than I thought. I've already mounted my press. Haven't used it yet other than just practicing but my bench strength is not the problem. I was super impressed how little wastage their was in his plans on the wood to cut. The way he assembled the joints made a bunch of sense when it was finally assembled. The most important thing I learn was to take extra effort in assembly the three different "countertop" surfaces. the more square and level the top sides are, then the easier the final assembly. All in all, i was super impressed with the layout and design. My wife even likes how rustic it looks. At first she wanted me to stain and seal it. But now that it's in my dark wood paneled study, she even likes the lumber color. If you're interested, then pm me. I can discuss details on what worked and what I would have done differently.

I built this one out of stuff salvaged out of an old high school chemistry classroom. Rock solid.

Have been using one of these in the house office for about 15 years. Lag bolted to the wall, I put a 3/4 inch piece of stained oak plywood on the bottom of it. with those it is sturdy enough for loading 50BMG. I use several different presses so they are all mounted on 12X12 inch 3/4 plywood with holes near the corners that match with captive nuts in the top of the table. The presses mounted on the plywood also makes it easy to clamp a press on the black&Decker workmate as a portable bench. The one I use has 2 drawers these have 4 http://www.harborfreight.com/60-in-4-drawer-hardwood-workbench-69054.html

Build it as massive and sturdy as possible. You don't want your press to move; or very little.

I snagged a fairly new solid core wood door off a job. It was being demo'd and was destined for the trash. I built a 2x4 stand to make it into a table, and it is as solid a foundation for reloading as one could ever need.

I'm still working on the organization portion, but I built mine with 4x4 posts for the legs and ran 3 2x4 cross members on top and 2 cross members on the bottom. Had some leftover material so built shelves. I'm about 150 pounds and I was literally jumping on this thing and it didn't budge. I believe I built mine for just under $90 about 2 months ago. If you need some help with it, let me know. This bench is also used for my other projects, so I didn't want to drill additional holes so I used a 4x6 post to create plates for my different presses. Not only did it provide less holes in the bench but it gave more height and was much easier to use because of it. I'm only 5'5" and the extra height was great.

It's nothing fancy but I use a Kobalt workbench from Lowe's. The main change I made was to replace the MDF top with a new piece that I made of 3 3/4" pieces of finish grade plywood then I had the whole thing covered with formica. I probably have $250 in it, and it's rock solid. Unfortunately it's not as pretty as some of the other benches represented here. I'll see if I can get a photo.

Dang that is a nice setup!! If I had the space, I would totally go for that.
I looked at buying a bench, but building one only took 3 hours or so and I was able to customize the size while spending less than $100.

I built one similar to Korean Rednecks. I ended up using 3/4 hardwood veneered plywood, added a plugmold strip and an undercounter light. I attached it to the wall studs with 3 1/2" deck screws. I t will go with the house when we sell it, it's upstairs

Stoney, the plans and design does look nearly identical. As mentioned earlier, i thought the plans for this bench was brilliant once built. Also, I am totally jacking your idea of little custom made shelf. I bought some peg board baskets, but I am going to need something with a solid surface for little things. I assume you screwed it directly onto the beam that is pegboard's middle support. that's a great idear.

This is mine a couple of months ago. The frame for the table top is made of 2" x 6" on edge, screwed togther. The legs are out of 2" x 4" and screwed to gether in an "L" shape, I also made a gusset to go from top, rear corner, to front lower corner. The top is made of 3/4" birch plywood, and I made some steel brackets to reinforce the edge where the presses are bolted down. The top is 3' deep, and 8' long, and it is 40" off the floor so that I can sit in the stool or stand and it still be ergonomic.

Here's my messy entry. I have my press higher than most to keep it comfortable while standing and allowing me to use the bench area for working on guns or holding my components. Ran 500 rounds of subsonic 9mm yesterday.

My mom saw it and thought it fit me, so she gave it to me.
