was about to ship some primers, after checking, to ship primers or powder, must have a certificate & ect, get caught its only a $250,000. fine

Yeah, it's just not worth it. Find someone local who is in need or willing to do a trade for something you use.

Yes, you have to be a certified hazmat shipper to ship these. That's why when I post powder and primers for sell, I don't ship them. And EVERY single time I post them, with big words will not ship, someone wants me to ship them powder and primers.
