all powders are sensitive to temperature changes, just some are much more so than others. The Hodgdon Extreme powders, a couple Alliant Reloader powders and the New IMR powders released this year are not nearly as sensitive as many others.
Reloader 7 is perhaps the most sensitive powder I have ever used. The least sensitive powders are extruded and formulated to ne less temp sensitive.
The first one I remember being marketed as temperature insensitive is Varget, though not insensitive it is much less so than other powders that were available at the time and started the trend of Hodgdon and others modifying other powders to be less sensitive to temperature changes.

I try to only use temp sensitive powders. So far, H-4350, H-Varget, and H-Retumbo seem to fill all my needs from .223 to 7 Rem Mag.
