im bowing hunting unit 29 this year for mule deer, just looking for pointers or tips on what to expect. Already went and looked around a bit in the northern part of the unit. Im not use to mule deer this is my first time, killed pleanty of whitetails..any help would be nice..thanks

Bring your walking shoes, and start shooting long ranges. Unit 29 is tough to hunt but holds some good deer. If you put the leg work in and have the confidence to make a long shot you have a good chance of killing a big deer. Good luck.

Thanks, would there be any use in sitting in blinds near tanks, or is spot and stalk the best thing to do..

Depends on which part of the season your hunting. In september water holes are your best bet, but january is the rut and your better off spotting a deer and getting in close. Get your face into the wind and put yourself close to the does.
