I found a Winchester 100 in 308. I don’t think I have ever seen one before. I haven’t shot it yet. From what I have read they stop making the in 1973.



I once drank muddy water out of a hoof print and was dang glad to get it.

My father-in-law has one. Make sure you keep the gas system clean and it'll make a fine rifle.

I had a hunter using one, and occasionally it would rip off the entire magazine. I told him where he could get it fixed, 10 miles down the road, he didn't want to spend any money on it. He was offended that I would not let him hunt with it.

They are beautiful rifles!

My dad has one and we've killed several deer with it. I like taking it out every once in a while. You can find a 10 round magazine made by Collier clips on eBay every once in a while. That combo makes a pretty good hog gun. I own the 100's cousin the Model 88 it stays in the safe these days.
