Anyone have one? They don't seem to be as popular as other AR-10 uppers but I like the idea of staying with the same caliber as my bolt gun.. Anything specific that you like/don't like about them?
I really hate to do what I am about to do, because it will be very painful for you.

I've got a 10.5" 7mm08 upper. Haven't shot anything with it other than paper. Everything other than the barrel is the same as a standard 308 upper. I think it's a fine caliber for an AR.
Just to make sure that it is done thoroughly, I go both ways.

I have one , i like it well since it matches my bolt deer gun.
