I'd really be looking at a better grade of barrel than Anderson. But,You can always call or email them to find out which it fits.

The barrel should fit either as far as I know. The difference is the upper and the lower. The Armalite is an AR-10. The DPMS is an LR308. You can not fit the AR-10 upper/lower to a LR308 upper/lower. Triggers, shrouds, stocks, barrels, etc, should fit on either one.
It is far more important to be able to hit the target than it is to haggle over who makes a weapon or who pulls a trigger.

Triggers, shrouds, stocks, barrels, etc, should fit on either one. Just have to check if you have the high or low profile upper as they make different handguards/rails for each height. Any ar15 trigger should work as long as the lower uses .154 trigger pins.
