Have the carry in 357sig. Just 1" shorter barrel. It's a pleasure to shoot 10 yards from truck window

I own a Carry 9mm. Great trigger for a striker pistol. I like the grip shape and design. Fits my hand perfectly.

I think the mid-size CARRY model is the sweet spot. Kind of like a lot of people prefer the Glock 19 over the 17 and 26.

Great size and good trigger Compact was way to short for my paws. Carry was just right ... trigger was most pleasant surprise of the 320. Sig got it right

Great size and good trigger Now that is deep. I've always considered the P229 along the lines of the G19 as far as size. I haven't owned one yet, but do have a P226. The big Sig is a fine pistol, but the only time it would ever leave the house is to go to the range. I often wish I would have bought a P229 instead of a P226. I haven't quite gotten into striker-fired yet; but I'm old-school in a lot of ways. I generally carry a revolver . I think a lot of folks get confused by looking at "combat" sized weapons, and never consider that they aren't very practical for anything other than range trips and war. All things considered, I too am intrigued by the 320 carry.

Texas State Troopers are changing to the P320 in 9mm. I have not shot the 320 yet. The only part I am not sure that I like yet is the way they do their grip sizes. To change the grip size, you have to buy a $50 polymer lower with a different size grip. The trigger assembly is the serial numbered part. Would be nice if you could just buy the gun with the grip size you want rather than shell out another $50 for it. The mags from the larger 320 guns fit in the smaller models so larger mag capacity is readily available.
It is far more important to be able to hit the target than it is to haggle over who makes a weapon or who pulls a trigger.

Get the mid size one, the full is a long and top heavy IMO.

The Compact has a shorter slide, grip and magazine. The Carry has the same shorter slide but full size grip and magazine.
