How do you measure LOP? The method of using from crook of the arm to the tip of finger is only method I know and it doesn't work for my wife especially when cold weather hunting comes along.

Trial and error. The old crook of arm to finger is a rule to follow to get you close. There are other factors that control LOP like neck length, length of grip, etc...
