Was at my buddy's place today and he had a 1982 Gun's Digest out on the table in his shop, I was sort of taken aback by so few semi-auto centerfire rifles but moreso when I saw the prices!!!

Anybody have any of these you would care to share pictures and stories about -- I'm all ears!!!

I'm a buyer for an Uzi at $595!!
I wish I could go back to 1982 knowing what I know now and making the money I make now. Of course, back then I was still in diapers.

I would not buy a ruger 44mag carbine in 82, no need and too much.
so now i feel lucky to have found a 1976 model for $500.

when the going gets really tough, I sit down and rest

They problem with being in that time and buying them for those prices, you sell them for those prices. frown

I still miss my $450 NIB HK94. frown
