Hey fellas,

I've got a question for yall about your order experience thru SWFA. I placed an order for some AR parts at the beginning of December which was said to be delivered on 12/8, but I haven't seen it yet.

I live in a very quiet apartment complex, and have never heard any issues with package theft, so I'm not sure what to think.

Have any of you had any experience with SWFA customer service with issues like this? I've always had good experiences ordering, and Skylar is a great guy to deal with, but this is a first.

Also, I've called them a few times, just didn't get through the wait times. I'm gonna try again tomorrow

Just have SWFA do a trace on it and claim insurance. I'm sure they will.

Package theft is big business in December. Im sure someone will set it right for ya. Credit card company, shipper, or SWFA.

I'd probably have them track it before you put stuff like this on a public forum.

I tried calling a few times over the last couple of weeks, but their darn hold times have been so crazy cause of the holidays (not their fault, and I get that - business is boomin). Hopefully I can get a few minutes tomorrow and call them again.

Besides, why would it be an issue to post? It's not like I'm dogging on them. I know they're good people to buy from, but this would be my first time calling to raise an issue, and wanted to see if anybody could tell me what I would be in for. I'm no expert in things like this.

I also know that whatever happened was likely beyond SWFA's control, and would fall to the carrier (my guess), so this isn't meant to be malicious.

Figured that'd be the logical solution, just haven't spoken with them as of yet. Appreciate it though

Why do so many guys have a hard time picking up a phone or writing an email, but will post on a forum. Geeze. Just call them. Not sure what you expected to hear. "Oh yea, SWFA always takes 6 weeks to get you a package. Obviously it was lost or stolen.

Rant over.

They could have back ordered it and not notified
They could have not shipped it

There are many ways swfa messes up. And he tried to call but they didn't answer

You should've probably read more posts before saying this...

Yes I should have. I read it the first time about 40 minutes ago, and re opened the thread and posted. Didn't realize you had provided an update. My apologies.
