I have two Sig magazines for my P226 that started sticking. I cleaned them and reassembled but ammo still sticks when I'm loading and occasionally when shooting. When it sticks I can just dump out the loose bullets and two will stay stuck down in the mag until I bump it. Are they just worn out?
It's a 9mm and I've tried Wimchester and Federal.

I wouldn't trust them again without a rebuild. Mec Gar makes good replacements. Keep and rebuild them for range use; but I'd suggest new mags for personal protection.

Never had the mags fail on my 226 and it has surpased 20,000 rounds. I would try new springs and followers first, if it's cheaper than new mags
