When you "foam" the bore and leave it for a while, overnight, do you think all the "foam" liquefies and settles in the bottom of the bore? Is this a problem??" An extra clean strip down the bottom of the bore? This goes for any "leave in" bore cleaner. Am I being too anal again? Over thinking it??

You're over thinking it. Yes, I'm sure there's uneven distribution of the cleaning chemicals, but I think it's a totally theoretical issue. When you agitate the cleaning patch enough to create foam, you provide adequately even distribution of the cleaning chemicals.
