I bought a picitiny rail for one of my rifles and it's designed to use to screws to secure it to the stock. My fiberglass stock only has one swivel stud hole. What's the best way to drill and tap a hole in a fiberglass stock? Does someone make a kit?

No tap need. You drill a hole and there is a little piece you put in the hole that had basically a washer on the inside that slides in. Look on midway they should have them. On the phone now or id post a link.
