I inherited one of these but find it hard to get any info on them online. I am curious what % of the 512's were with the peep site, how many were made, accuracy etc. I have not shot it yet.

They are known as very accurate rifles. A friend of mine had one with a smooth bore to shoot rats.

I would say about 10% of them had the peep from wha I've seen. I had one when I was a kid but foolishly traded it for a bow. It was pretty accurate, they don't have a match grade trigger.
