Im looking for some recommendations for a gunsmith as I haven't heard back from Morgan at Dallas Shooting Supplies and have pretty much given up on him responding to my email from last month. I am wanting to thread a barrel of a rifle and get a thread protector, as well as check the thread concentricity of my ar15's threads, and also to take off a muzzlebrake that was attached with rocksett as I don't have access to a bench vise to do it myself, so I can run my can on the three rifles.

You're pretty close to Alamo Precision. Then again, there are some others. S&S Precision, or you can send it down to Horizon. That dude makes em pretty!

Things went downhill fast with the D/FW gunsmithing when I moved away to South Texas.

That's a joke, ah say a JOKE, son!

Kind regards, charlesb

TDK could do it if he isn't busy....Jon Trammel in Breckenridge or S&S Precision. FiremanJG and Chad use a guy in DFW that is good too.

S & S precision and take care of all that for you in a timely fashion, plus Michael there can do the AR work also.
