I had one a few years ago. It cycled fine, but keyholed with a lot of the ammo I tried in it, even following the factory's ammo recommendations. It had already been sent back to KelTec for the 'upgrade' to correct this issue as well, so I got rid of it. Even with the ammo that didn't keyhole, it wasn't very accurate either.

I've had a PMR-30 for about 3 years now, and I'm more than happy with it.
Mine was a post recall and I haven't had any issues with it at all, seems very accurate.
I've mainly used federal game shock 50 grain JHP and I have not experienced any issues with keyhole.

I need to get for info on the recall and new productions. I am in a RV park that has poor Internet (maybe the government has already taken over)!
