Got a new 223 for Christmas. Problem is when loading from the mag like u would in a hunting situation rifle wants to kick round being loaded out of the gun. When round almost clears the mag it is kicked upward hard, most of the time kicking round out of gun. Your opinion of problem. The gun has a detachable magazine.

I'm not an expert but are the feed lips too loose?

I second the feed lip on the ejection port side needing to be tightened/squeezed in a hair.

Thanks, I played with the mag today. I THINK I helped it, gonna leave it alone till I get a few rounds run through it.
