If I were to win the lottery tonight, the gunsmith that built these will be getting a call.   The bottom one is a CZ527 and the top one I do not know the action, scope bases are welded to the action and scope is quick detach so you can have multiple barrels and scope sets. To change barrels and scopes takes less than 2 minutes according to the person that supplied the pics
