I need a barrel ! I have a beautiful super x modle I but the barrel has been cut shorter and ported by a gunsmith years ago. Original owner wanted this done for coyotes. I would like to have a Skeet with vent rib or IC would work.
Thanks

How short is it and is it choked? Although not really preferred, a short barrel in cylinder (no choke) works fine for skeet, better than a longer barreled IC, Longer barrels are preferred due to a better sighting plane and more consistent follow through but do very little, other than possibly velocity, to increase the performance of your load. Having said that, you should be able to find a barrel at most of the usual online haunts, gunsamerica, and others. The Super X was, at one time, a very sought after gun by skeet shooters, enjoy!

21" Yes I can shoot it like it is but I would like to find a standard size barrel for it. By the way my searches have been they still are sought after and selling for big bucks. I'll never sell this one.
Thanks
