Anybody out there familiar with these handguns? Came across a "grizzly" model in 44mag and only thing wrong is the rear sight is missing a spring. Would love to find some parts or info on them as this beautiful gun is very rare and was produced in limited number between 1978-1981 (I believe). Thanks!

Looks like a Ruger SBH. Maybe Ruger parts are all you need.

I would take it to a gunsmith that does pistol sights. They were very low volume, so they had to be using off the shelf adjustable sights, the question is which one? The little I found was, that they had no visible pins or screws, they used a side plate, with one screw hidden beneath the grips. They were designed and built in Texas.

yes, they are rare firearms and I didn't realize what I had when I bought it. I have a lead on a couple of parts but wanted to check here as well. Thanks for the tip!
