If this happened to you, who would you with take it to in DFW or send it to, to see about getting it repaired or replaced. Bought the gun on Gunbroker but really don't want to just take my money back, I'd much rather have it repaired. The shipper is going to have to file a claim with UPS, I just need to figure out how much it's going to cost to fix it.

That is not repairable, order replacement from forend from manf. Is it a B gun? (Browning or Beretta) you should have no problem with a replacement.

I'd use TDK (Aaron Little) for wood work on any gun. His work is better than what I've seen coming from anywhere in the DFW area. Also, I'd not order from the factory because they will be the furthest from matching the butt stock in stain/grain/color.
Good luck...that sucks!

Had the same thing happen on 2 different occasions with UPS - All I can say is good luck!
On both occasions they did everything possible to not pay and were obviously trying to see how long it would take for me to give up. Just keep after them and get a quote from a HIGHEND shotgun wood specialist to replace the front & rear stock(so they match), so you can submit it to UPS for the claim.
I Can't tell what brand gun that is; but when I had a Beretta 687 with a cracked stock, Beretta wanted somewhere around $1,000.00 to replace both the forearm and rear stock and $600 to replace just the rear and would not guarantee they would match.

That break is very clean and repairable. ADM or I could do the job. The only issue I would have is matching the original finish. It looks like a poly-type Browning finish, which I can't mimic. This means I would have to refinish the buttstock too. ADM might be able to match the original finish, not sure.
