Bipods not in yet but the LH tikka 7-08 is ready to shoot. Manners stock elite fill with flush cups and badger rail. Obermyer barrel 1:9 hand lapped. EGW 20 MOA base. NF rings. JEC style brake. Vortex Viper sitting on it now until I decide which scope I want to buy. Was 9.4 lbs before scope, rings and base. Didn't prep a photo op but did get a quick picture after mounting the scope.

On a side note the "Ernie the gunsmith" spring feels no lighter than the factory. Maybe I ordered the wrong one.

Will be using 162 amax, nosler brass, and varget. Remington 9 1/2s is all I have right now for primers. Also will try 4064 if varget does not tickle me. But it usually does.

If you don't mind sharing PM your load if you prefer and where you started seeing pressure signs. I will be loading tomorrow night and shooting Monday. Your data should give me an idea where to start. Thanks.

You were speaking about your stock "Manners stock elite fill with flush cups". What is the "fill" and "flush cups"? What doe's that refer to? Still learning here.

Most manners stocks are fiberglass/carbon fiber. The elite fill is 100% carbon fiber. It's much lighter. 2.8 vs 2.1 lbs. flush cups are easier explained by others.

This article explains flush cups pretty well.

Fill is what is internal on the stock thus determining the weight. Flush cups are a mounting spot for sling that fits flush with nothing protruding from the stock.
