I tried to sight in my great uncles Rossi single shot. 223 today and discovered that either the firing pin is broken or the spring that pushes the firing pen is worn out. The firing pin struck the cap, but not hard enough to fire the bullet. Does anyone know of a gunsmith in the Dfw area that works on Rossi rifles. Thank you

Did you give up after one round or did it happen to numerous rounds? Just out of curiosity
