I know that the saker 7.62 can be mounted and used on a 556 with the correct mounts. Is it necessary to have the 556 endcap on the can in order to use it? Or will this just make it a bit quieter? Thank you for your help

From what I am told is that they are compatable out of the box but the 556 endcap will just further supress, didnt know if anyone has any experience
