This is Jake with the Mule Deer Foundation, Lubbock Chapter. We're having our annual banquet in October and are look for help! We had the first one last year and had around 80 people, great time had by all. We have a full BBQ dinner, complementary beer and wine, and a cash bar. This year we expect to double our number of attendees. We sell various tables with numerous gifts that come with those tables. This year the premiere tables will sell for $2k. We have live and silent auctions, raffles and games. Along with these are. User ours hunts/trips auctioned off. I am hoping the fine gents of THF might be willing to help. On our hunting trips, they are either donated 100% or we can work something out that has a reserve on it, if we can buy it from you at a discounted rate. I can send you all the proper forms if this is something you think you might want to be a part of. You'll be listed as a sponsor of the event. Last year we sold a 7 day trip to Cabo San Lucas, so people are buying. We can use anything you may be able to offer. We're a 501 (c) (3), with the proper forms I can get you.
