Nice. How do u like the SFAR?
Fast paced gregarious society forgets the healing power of solitude. It's worked thousands of years. Casting a line/gazing into a campfire/sitting in a blind after a long week is medicine for the soul. The serenity and peacefulness of it all is majestic.

Nice. How do u like the SFAR? I really am liking it, so far. I have tried factory ammunition in it at several different bullet weights: 150, 168 and 180 grain. With its 1:10 twist barrel, I was expecting to get the best results from the heavier bullets, but that has not been the case. My particular rifle shoots the 150's, LIGHTS OUT! The heavier bullets are giving me 2.5-3.5 inch groups. Many different brands of 150 grain ammo and they all shoot to the same point of aim and impact. Possibly, after a few hundred rounds through it, the heavier bullets perform better, but right now, the 150's are the absolute best. And, for my purposes, shooting hogs and the little dog-sized deer here in CenTex, the 150's are heavy enough for humane, one shot kills, given proper placement, of course. Recoil is comfortable; trigger is great; magazine release is positive; rifle weight is closer to my AR-15's than my son's AR-10; no failures to feed or eject. I give it "two thumbs up" after about 120 rounds through it and one hog taken with it.
