Had the chicken enchiladas with the green chili sauce. The sauce was good, but good luck finding the chicken. Go to McDonalds instead, though maybe their chicken isn’t real chicken. Who knows?

We stopped in Santa Rosa back in 1983 coming back from a Colorado elk hunt. Ate some good Mexican food but it is no longer there. Had some really good food after eating camp food for a week.

we used to stop in the big truck stop on the corner of 84 & IH40 on our way to/from CO & NM MD/elk hunting. They had a typical truck stop cafe on the end closest to IH40 that was actually pretty good. We hit there at very odd hours and they were one of the few places (back then) that were open 24/7
