Liked the idea so I just bought a Ryobi from Home Depot. They have a deal going so i got the fan ($59) for free after I bought a battery & charger pack ($99).

Got the ryobi fan with mister last week. works great as a fan and if you want more cooling the mister will sit on a bucket or hook to a hose. $71 online without a battery.

I hunted hogs mornings in the hot summer time, they have to drink, set up at tanks
hold on Newt, we got a runaway

I made one from a cooler for camping a few years ago. It's not perfect but better than just a fan. Of course, it's a bit more work and obviously better enclosed than in the bed of a truck. I found freezing jugs works best. I have a small, USB fan that I hang over the rail of my tripod and power it from a rechargeable, 6-volt lantern battery.
I've thought about upgrading to something much larger and with greater air volume but not sure about the noise.

 We have fans in all of our blinds. On medium speed and even with the windows open pigs don 't spook.
