Only you can make that choice. Don’t worry about what people on here think. This applies to most other THF topics as well.

I don't know but he is a good one for sure. Being an 8 I would prefer him wider. Think how nice he might be in a year or two.

Stud of a 3 1/2 yr old deer, yeah no joke. Let him pass or shoot is up to you. What kind of neighbors do you have etc? He is young, no arched back, slimmed line belly, but yeah one helll of a deer either way.

I would not shoot because he is too big for me to get in the Kubota. The older I get the smaller the Deer I find I can load.

I think that first deer is mature. I'd shoot it or have a kid shoot it. Not the second one.

On my place he walks, neighbors down the road would probably shoot him. That wouldn’t change my thoughts on him, if they get him I wouldn’t be upset I’d be happy for them, he still walks my place.

I would wait, providing the area is large enough to give him sanctuary and he has a nice stock of doe's to service. Then next year, I would shoot him.

I agree it depends on the area, on my place I would take him because I am sure neighbors on 3 sides of me would shoot on sight and all are feeding corn plus one is feeding protein, the does are already hitting the corn and he will be following them soon....

He looks 4 to me. I'd give him another year or two.
