Bought it for a "loaner" when my buddies dont have a rifle. It had a decent Leupold 3-9 on it. I cleaned it bought some American Whitetail 130gr ammo. It shoots pretty darned good. Of course not being able to leave anything alone, i ordered a Trigger tech Special and a new Leupold Freedom 2-12X40. Great little scope for a budget. Sadface, always loved the hooded front sight on the BDL. For nostalgia I would have left it.

The BDLs were such beautiful rifles.
