They have not done any of mine but I am going to get my grip chopped on my 19 there. Allegiant Rifleworks in Mckinney, all there pictures and work looks flawless.

I believe Allegiant is probably the choice you will see come up the most.
Chuck at 1911 has done three flawless undercuts for me. I know they do a basic stipple also
Both places are in Mckinney

Thanks I have allegiant a call and I think I will take it up there when I have some time. Mainly looking to get the trigger guard undercut and the finger groves removed so it will fit my hand better. Need just a little more space to get a full grip.
