A lot of hwy dept., water board districts, subdivision lawn crews, golf courses, farmers, all use the mule. When driving on public roads, law enforcement seems to ignore them and just wave at you. Try that with a wildcat or pioneer, you will get a ticket. I drive all over in my subdivision and can go where they only allow golf carts and licensed vehicles to go with no problem. But can't go w/a quad or a performance utv.
