Bill,
Now that we have a bigger yard, we on the search for a second dog. I'm hoping that you can give us some leads.
We like the personality of our Vizsla, so I think we want to stay with a birding dog. But we don't need a champion hunter, either. If you know of someone with puppies, could you please let us know? Unregistered/limited registration is fine, too.
Thanks, Kevin

Sorry Bill, I just saw this. Bravo Vizsla in Livingston would probably be a good fit. Unless Julie really knows/trusts you, she will not give you full registration of one of her pups. She does breed field trial lines, but also sells some pups to pet, and hunting homes. Her puppies are $1500
We have some great vizsla breeders in Texas, and some really crappy ones. I would warn them to be careful on who they go with. If Julie does not have a litter, contact Debbie with Regal Point Vizsla, or Rene with Huntmore vizsla. Both of them keep a current list of good vizsla breeders in Texas.
Shopping with your husband is like hunting with the game warden. Experience is what you get, when you didn't get what you wanted.

After rereading this, or they wanting another vizsla, or any pointing breed? Also are they planning to hunt over the pup? That makes a big difference on who I would refer them to.
Doesn't Hyler have a litter of GSPs right now. I will say, I have know idea, how easy he is to work with as a breeder. His wife does have a dang good dog.
