2400ac lease available. Cass county. Will split but prefer to lease whole. Corporate size .this is a contiguous Ranch. 800ac was leased for two years. Now it is all open. A few stands. A farm house available. $20 per acre but always negotiable with all options. No feeders but can be. Feeder service available. Looking for super long term.
NOTE: oats,winter wheat, rye grass patches hold deer better here than corn. That service available also.

Price per acre? How many bucks and does? Amount of hunters allowed? Stands and feeders furnished? Lodging available? MLD or regular season?

This place is hardwood, planted pines, a big creek running the length of the place. It has water now. Hardly ever goes dry. The place joins Corps land.Sulphur river is here. Many big natural growth oaks. 2 hrs from Rockwall.
