I am helping some friends lease their property in Wood Co. They would like to get $1500 for a year lease Jan 1 to Jan 1. If leased this year, the date leased would be included at N/C.
Not really hunted a lot ever. Has deer/hogs and has about 40 plus acres of woods and a small field which could be planted in wheat.
Between Quitman & Golden. I should be able to show the property in the next two weeks.
Getting maps and all to help me to know the property. If interested let me know.
I would like to lease it for them to a group of 2-3 bow hunters. It could be a great little lease.
