Open for suggestions on how to prepare if you have anything different.

We baked fishing with the guide, too much sun and were getting hungry otherwise we would have got more bait and kept fishing. Plus a guy with his 10 or so year old son pulled up told them how to rig what to use for bait and where to throw it, hope they got some.

I got a full quart bag of fillets off the ones we caught thinking about pan frying/searing with some kind of sauce.

Put them on a grill in a basket and serve with herb and butter rice. Only fish my wife will eat. Marinade in italian dressing and squeeze a fresh lemon over them when the some off food

Will give the grilling a try. Pan fried some of them last night, the fish itself was great, but I followed a recipe to make a sauce to put over the top... at first it was off tasting but grew on me and ended up enjoying it, but I think the recipe needed some work on its ratios.
